Wadman Information Technologies AB (“Wadman IT”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data processed on wadmanit.se. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR. Dependra and Primodel have their own privacy policies on their respective sites.

What we collect
Contact form: name, e-mail address, chosen topic and the message you write. Phone and e-mail: whatever you choose to share with us.
Website: we do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations.
Why and on what legal basis
Replying to enquiries and preparing proposals — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where a contract follows, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Server logs and abuse prevention — legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Bookkeeping of client engagements — legal obligation under the Swedish Accounting Act (Art. 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Client engagement records: retained for seven years as required by Swedish accounting law. Server logs: rotated after 30 days.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and e-mail providers, operating within the EU/EEA under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us at hello@wadmanit.se. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
